Shipping & delivery
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Estimated delivery times
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery depends on the product, dispatch location, carrier and customs processing. The current supplier and fulfillment arrangement must be verified before these estimates are relied upon.
Delivery availability and costs depend on the destination and items ordered. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
Returns & refunds
Where applicable, customers may exercise statutory withdrawal rights, including the standard 14-day withdrawal period for eligible EU distance purchases. Exceptions and statutory rights for faulty goods are explained in our policy.
